At SPINNMALL, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and logistics, returns and refunds are accepted only under the conditions listed below.
1. Order Not Shipped Within 3 Working Days
If your order has not been shipped within 3 working days from the date the order was placed, you may request a full refund.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order. After verification, a replacement item will be shipped within 3 working days from the date the issue is reported.
The delivery time for the replacement item will be similar to the original shipping time and may vary depending on the courier and possible shipping delays.
